The HR Fixers are hiring an experienced HR System & Data Specialist to ensure clean, structured HR data across implementations and integrations.

You will work with HR, IT and project teams to improve data integrity, support testing and enable better decision-making and employee experience.

You will cleanse and migrate HR data, map system processes, and partner with SMEs/SIs to define business rules while maintaining GDPR compliance and data quality across modules.
