About us

We're The HR Fixers — a consultancy that helps organisations get their systems, processes and people working better together.

SAP sits at the heart of a lot of what we do, and we're growing fast.

Which means we need another brilliant Project Manager on the team.

The role

You'll run SAP-related transformation projects for our clients.

Think Success Factors rollouts, but also broader SAP, other systems or large transformation projects that cross into various business functions.

If you love bringing order to complexity, keeping people onside, and getting things over the line — this is for you.

You don't need to have only worked in HR.

What matters is that you've previously delivered SAP implementation and other large transformation projects across business-wide functions.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run large scale projects end-to-end – scoping out the project deliverables, running RFP process, building the plan, agreeing the schedule, tracking budget, managing project resources, celebrating Go Live… - the lot
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, confident, and onside
  • Pull together project plans clients actually understand, from the detailed version to the one-pager
  • Run workshops and meetings that get people talking (and agreeing)
  • Spot risks before they become problems, and own the RAID log
  • Share the project progress via regular meetings, Status Reports, KPIs - whatever works best
  • Keep quality high and run retrospectives so we keep getting better
  • Work in whichever way suits the project — waterfall, agile, or a bit of both
  • Help us build better ways of working, based on what you learn out there
  • What you'll bring
  • A track record of delivering SAP projects — Success Factors, Ariba, S4HANA, Concur or other to SAP related systems
  • 5+ years in project management
  • Brilliant people skills — you build trust fast and communicate clearly
  • Super organised — you can juggle a few projects without dropping the ball
  • A can-do, go-getter attitude — comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Based in the UK, with the flexibility to travel to client sites when needed
  • PRINCE2, APM or similar certification is a bonus, not a must
  • Why join us

We're a small, close-knit consultancy — remote-first but genuinely connected. We celebrate wins, have a laugh, and back each other up at all times.

Our values, in short: we're trusted, honest, curious, responsible. We adapt and we thrive.

  • What's in it for you
  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • 4 Flex Finish days — got life admin or a flight to catch? Finish early, on us.
  • NEST pension scheme
  • Group Life & Income protection
  • Remote-first working, with UK travel as needed
  • Quarterly team events (genuinely fun ones)
  • Up to 10% annual bonus
