The HR Fixers is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Specialist who will configure, support, and optimise our SuccessFactors environment. You will work closely with end-users, the HR team, IT, System Integrations, and project teams to ensure the system runs smoothly and meets business needs.
You will lead workstreams for system and module implementations, manage releases, build reports and integrations, and ensure data protection and security compliance.
