HR System experience using tools such as Excel Power Query; SAP Query Manager and Winshuttle. Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and documentation skills. Self‑starter with a collaborative and delivery‑focused approach, able to manage a programme plan for the data workstream. Experience working with or alongside HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP Success Factors or Workday) is a must. A pragmatic and people‑centred approach to change, able to work flexibly and adapt to the pace of change as led by the client. Application to design and lead process mapping. Comfortable working remotely, as part of a virtual team and managing multiple priorities. Experience in consulting, contracting, or working across multiple clients is a bonus.
