The HR Fixers, a UK-based HR systems consultancy, seeks a specialist to make SAP SuccessFactors work for clients. You will configure, fix, and improve SuccessFactors, turning messy data and processes into reliable HR solutions.
You’ll collaborate with HR teams, IT and project stakeholders to deliver real value and ensure compliance. You’ll lead data migrations, run UAT and go-live activities, build useful reports, and provide training and documentation for end users.
