The HR Fixers is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors specialist to configure, fix, and improve SuccessFactors for varied clients across the UK. You’ll turn messy data and processes into reliable HR systems, working with HR teams, IT and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities include configuring workflows, data models, and permissions; leading UAT and go-live activities; creating training materials; and building useful reports and dashboards. Remote-first with client-site travel as needed.
