The HR Fixers is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors specialist to join our remote-first consultancy. You will configure, fix and improve SuccessFactors for clients, translating messy data and processes into reliable HR solutions.
You’ll work with HR teams, IT and project stakeholders across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and more, while traveling to client sites in the UK as needed. Prior experience in HRIS and data architecture is essential.
