GMT is seeking a People & Culture Manager to shape its people framework as it grows across multiple sites. You will build a scalable, compliant, high‑performing culture, partner with senior leadership and external HR consultants, and lead on employee relations, recruitment and workforce planning.

You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery in a fast‑paced environment, driving engagement and capability across GMT’s operations.
