The Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll support the Head Chef in producing high-quality, visually appealing dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to menu development, manage your station efficiently, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the kitchen.

Key Tasks:

  • Work with the Head Chef on food preparation and service of pastry offerings
  • Produce high-quality pastries and exciting desserts, considering both design and taste
  • Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
  • Organise and monitor kitchen stock and supplies
  • Keep accurate records to minimise waste and support budget management
  • Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are upheld
  • Foster strong communication and teamwork across the kitchen

About You

We're seeking individuals who are:

  • Experienced in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
  • NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent Level 3 Food Safety certification
  • Aware of manual handling and food hygiene practices
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
