The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of Inchcolm Veterinary Services.ABOUT US :Inchcolm Veterinary Services was established in 1988 and has steadily grown to become one of the UKs leading specialist poultry veterinary companies.We offer preventative and intervention advice on diseases. Flock Health management at every stage with the aim of reducing intervention and cost. Our one-to-one approach allows you to build strong, productive, and proactive relationships.We are located in Castle Industrial Centre, Queensferry Road, Dunfermline from where we are ableto provide services and supply products quickly and efficiently throughout the UK and Europe.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries in a professional manner.Check all email inboxes, including individual mailbox, Accounts, Orders, Results & Vets.Using Sage to produce all invoices from suppliers.Ordering supplies.Preparing monthly meat declarations.Processing information for the Wages department.Oversee the day-to-day running of the office.Responsible for entering and maintaining stock data in the system.Pricing up Stock Takes.Responsible for producing monthly statements for customers.Keep track of all monthly, quarterly and annual payments.Keeping an orderly filing system.Reconcile monthly credit card statements.Liaise with the laboratories regarding results.Responsible for the payment of Quarterly VAT.Collate all end of financial year documents for the accountants.A good understanding of the use of social media and Artificial Intelligence is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.?
