We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join our friendly team, either on a full time or part time basis (options available to suit personal circumstances).

The HR Generalist role is a dynamic, client-facing role suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality HR support. You will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of employee relations (ER) matters, providing practical advice, whilst ensuring full compliance with current employment legislation.

  • Support clients on a range of HR and ER subjects, including performance, absence, conduct, disciplinary and redundancy;
  • Review Employee Handbooks, Contracts of Employment and policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements;
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted HR advisor;
  • Manage Long-Term sickness absence cases for clients, including organising occupational health referrals and follow up;
  • Deliver training on a range of HR subjects, including how to conduct effective investigations, managing performance and handling difficult conversations;
  • Provide expert HR advice to clients on a variety of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues;
  • CIPD Level 3 (or above) qualification essential.
