Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort is one of Scotland’s leading luxury countryside destinations, renowned for its award‑winning lodges, exceptional destination dining, outdoor experiences, and beautifully hosted weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events.

As part of our Events Team, you will play a key role in delivering weddings and special events to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will focus on the preparation, coordination, and smooth running of events across our Events Suite and Ceremony Building.

  • Setting up event spaces in line with detailed plans and client requirements (e.g. weddings, receptions, private functions)
  • Ensuring all areas are presented to a high standard before, during, and after events
  • Assisting with room turnaround and layout changes between events
  • Supporting the coordination of ceremonies and receptions to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time
  • Providing a welcoming and professional presence for guests, responding to queries and offering assistance where needed
  • Working closely with the Duty Manager and wider team to deliver exceptional events
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail throughout all event spaces

This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same, particularly during our busy wedding season.
