The Role

As Chef de Partie, youll support the Head Chef in producing high-quality, visually appealing dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. Youll have the opportunity to contribute to menu development, manage your station efficiently, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the kitchen.

Key Tasks

  • Work with the Head Chef on food preparation and service
  • Assist in the development of creative and seasonal menu items
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef
  • Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
  • Organise and monitor kitchen stock and supplies
  • Keep accurate records to minimise waste and support budget management
  • Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are upheld
  • Foster strong communication and teamwork across the kitchen

About You

Were seeking individuals who are:

  • Experienced in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
  • NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent
  • Level 3 Food Safety certification
  • Awareness of manual handling and food hygiene practices
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
