We are Scotland's leading producer of musical theatre and the country's only major arts organisation located in a rural setting. The Role: As Chef de Partie, you'll support the Head Chef in producing high-quality, visually appealing dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to menu development, manage your station efficiently, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the kitchen.

- Work with the Head Chef on food preparation and service
- Assist in the development of creative and seasonal menu items
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Organise and monitor kitchen stock and supplies
- Keep accurate records to minimise waste and support budget management
- Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are upheld
- Foster strong communication and teamwork across the kitchen
About You: We're seeking individuals who are:
- Experienced in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
- NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent Level 3 Food Safety certification
- Aware of manual handling and food hygiene practices
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
