The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is our fourth London Hoxton, located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, featuring 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant, Chet’s.

It is ideal for exploring West London.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards.
  • Reporting maintenance defects in guest rooms and floors via Know Cross.
  • Ensuring all guest rooms meet brand and audit standards.
  • Cleaning and servicing public areas to brand standards.
  • Reporting maintenance defects in public areas and back‑of‑house via Know Cross.
  • Ensuring all public areas meet brand and audit standards.
  • Cleaning and maintaining exterior hotel areas, including entrances and loading bays.
  • Overseeing daily linen and terry delivery and collection.
  • Stocking linen and housekeeping supplies, keeping storage areas clean.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of guest floors.
  • Assisting with other housekeeping tasks as required.
  • Adhering to Health and Safety standards and reporting breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Handling cleaning materials correctly and following COSHH regulations.
  • Attending all required training sessions.
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude, even when resolving challenges.
  • Providing the highest level of customer care with a friendly, helpful, and responsive service.
  • Assisting in cleaning public and back‑of‑house areas as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high room standards.
