The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is our fourth London Hoxton, located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush in an eclectic and diverse neighborhood. It features 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant, Chet’s, serving Thai American comfort food. The hotel boasts a large open lobby with vintage seating and cozy corners, a central wraparound bar and terrace, making it an ideal location for exploring West London.
What you’ll do…
- Support the running of our day-to-day Front Office operations, inspiring receptionists to create a memorable, effortless experience for our guests from arrival to departure.
- Collaborate with all teams to keep rooms nicely booked and assist the Front Office Manager with overbooking issues.
- Answer phones, handle requests, and provide recommendations for local shows and pop-up restaurants, serving as the go-to for our guests.
- Work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure smooth guest stays.
