Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll provide a naturally friendly, helpful and responsive level of service to all guests, ensuring they are treated as individuals and will want to return.
The Hoxton, Edinburgh is a modern, neighborhood hotel located in the charming West End of Edinburgh, our first Hoxton hotel in Scotland. Set across 11 beautiful Georgian townhouses, the property houses 214 bedrooms, an open lobby and bar, an all‑day Italian trattoria Patatino, a retro‑inspired cinema, the flexible event space The Get Together and The Apartment – a unique signature spot for meetings and private dinners.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the first face our guests see, treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special – the Hox way.
- Deal with the coming and going of guests, answering questions, guiding them through the property, and giving directions in the neighbourhood.
- Jump in to help the team, wearing multiple hats and supporting teamwork.
- Show guests to their rooms, providing information and helping with any amenities.
- Coordinate with front desk to manage guest luggage storage and handle guest luggage with care.
- Ensure the lobby and entrance are kept tidy and presentable.
