We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Chet's team. The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is our fourth London Hoxton and located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, in the beating heart of an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood, with 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all‑day restaurant - Chet’s serving Thai American comfort food. Featuring a large open lobby with vintage seating and cosy corners, 237 bedrooms of different sizes, as well as a central wrap‑around bar and terrace, The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is perfectly located for exploring West London. Chet’s, a Thai‑Americana spot combining the fragrant flavours and smoky textures of Thailand and the surrounding region with comforts from the classic American diner in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush.
Responsibilities:
- Support the breakfast service and occasionally the lunch and dinner services.
- Nurture and develop the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves.
- Ensure seamless operations, orders and deliveries, smooth service, and maintain high food hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on ideas and techniques to keep the kitchen creative and ever‑changing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized restaurant.
- Passion for fresh ingredients and strong flavours.
- Positive attitude, supportive of colleagues, and willing to take initiative.
