We are looking for a Head Waiter to be part of our team at The Hoxton, Southwark in our Seabird Restaurant. The Hoxton, Southwark is our third hotel in London, only a skip & a hop away from the South Bank.
Job Description
- Lead your section by example, putting a memorable guest and team experience at the centre of what you do and inspiring others around you to do as you do.
- Bring your own flavour to our guests’ table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time.
- Play a key part in connecting the floor with the kitchen, handling any requests and questions, be they from our guests or the team.
- Know your products and systems inside out.
Qualifications
- 2+ years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar.
- You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
- You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.
- You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get stuff done.
- You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.
