The Hoxton, Shoreditch – our first hotel found its home in a former car park and evolved into a fixture of the East London scene. The hotel has 210 bedrooms, an apartment, and two in‑house restaurants – Hoxton Grill and Llama Inn. Llama Inn is a freewheeling, modern Peruvian restaurant with ceviche, small plates, sharing dishes, natural wine and standout cocktails on our rooftop.

Responsibilities
- Lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests wind down and enjoy themselves.
- Be creative and share ideas to develop our menu – innovate our bar concept and stay ahead of trends.
- Know your product and systems inside out.
- Lead by example, driving service standards that strive for the best for the guest and encouraging the team to grow and develop – the Hox way.
Qualifications
- Previous bartender experience, ready for a step up with great wine & cocktail knowledge.
- A natural people person – confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
- Passion for hospitality – creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues.
