We’re looking for a people‑loving, all‑seeing manager to lead the team and ensure our front‑of‑house F&B operation runs smoothly and smiles stay wide. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, your role will be to support the seamless running of our F&B operations by delivering efficient and effective service, maintaining high standards and anticipating guest needs.
The Hoxton Edinburgh is a brand‑new property in the city’s West End. Set across 11 beautiful Georgian townhouses, it includes 214 bedrooms, an open lobby and bar, an all‑day Italian trattoria called Patatino, a retro‑inspired cinema, a flexible event space, and The Apartment – a signature venue for meetings and private dinners.

What you’ll do:
- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
- Ensure the F&B operations area are health & safety compliant for each shift.
- Run the daily briefings for the restaurant & bar teams.
- Support meeting & event operations from social events to big bash weddings.
- Coordinate and run the reservations system.
- Support the commercial goals of the business.
- Draft floor plan based on covers.
- Support with F&B stock; ordering and stock counts.
- Support with training for the F&B team.
- Scheduling and rotas for team members, ensuring staff levels are maintained appropriately.
- Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOP’s.
- Responsible for the service on the floor and bar.
- Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the restaurant.
- Work with the culinary team on menus, service and product availability.
