Join us for the Events Bartender role at The Hoxton, where we craft memorable experiences across our Edinburgh location. Reporting to the Events Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaking, stirring and serving in our event spaces, from intimate dinners to weddings, launch parties and celebrations that people talk about for years.
The Hoxton is a series of open‑house hotels that blend style and value. Our Edinburgh site is located in the charming West End, housed across 11 Georgian townhouses with 214 bedrooms, a lively lobby and bar, Italian trattoria Patatino, a retro‑inspired cinema, the flexible event space "The Get Together", and the signature spot "The Apartment". We offer fresh pasta, wood‑fired pizzas, spritzes, Italian wines, and a vibrant atmosphere that marries old‑school charm with modern design.

What You’ll Do…
