The Hoxton, Holborn in our restaurant Rondo, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. Open from breakfast through dinner, Rondo offers seasonal modern bistro dishes and great wines in a welcoming, neighbourhood setting.
As Chef de Partie you will run a section across breakfast, lunch and dinner, mentoring juniors and ensuring smooth service with high standards of food hygiene. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to keep the kitchen creative and thriving.
