We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the Chet's team at the Hoxton Shepherd's Bush. The hotel is a fourth London Hoxton, located in the heart of Shepherd's Bush, featuring a large open lobby, 237 bedrooms, a central wraparound bar and terrace, and an all-day restaurant serving Thai American comfort food.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the breakfast service and occasionally run a section across lunch and dinner options for guests.
- Nurture and develop the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them.
- Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, orders and deliveries are handled correctly, and food hygiene standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on ideas and techniques to keep the kitchen creative and ever-changing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized restaurant.
- Passion for fresh ingredients and strong flavours.
- Positive and collaborative attitude, keen to impact the experience of guests and colleagues.
