The Hoxton, Southwark, seeks a charismatic Bartender for Seabird to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere where guests unwind and enjoy themselves. You’ll craft cocktails from seasonal menus, master the bar systems, and work with the team to keep service smooth for tables and the bar.
We value people who love hospitality, can shine behind the bar, and bring energy without ego. Expect a supportive team, development opportunities, and staff perks across the Ennismore family.
