The Hoxton Surgery is a well established, high performing NHS practice serving a diverse community of around 9,500 patients. We are a friendly, supportive training practice with a strong multi-disciplinary team and a passion for delivering excellent, compassionate care. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed part-time Salaried GP to join our dedicated clinical team for 4 to 6 sessions per week. You will be supported by an experienced group of GPs, pharmacists, nurses, HCAs and administrative staff who work closely together to deliver excellent care to our patient population.
Main duties of the job:
- Face to Face and telephone consultations
- Referring patients to other organisations where clinically indicated
- Actioning correspondence / clinical letters
- Reviewing and actioning test results
- Prescribing in accordance with patient needs, adhering to guidance
- Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with good practice
- Reports and medicals
- Contribute to achieving QOF / Enhanced Services targets
