We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Chet's team. The Hoxton Shepherds Bush is our fourth London Hoxton and located in the heart of Shepherds Bush, in the beating heart of an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood, with 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant - Chets serving Thai American comfort food.
Chet's, a Thai-Americana spot combining the fragrant flavours and smoky textures of Thailand and the surrounding region with comforts from the classic American diner in the heart of Shepherds Bush.
What you’ll do...
- Support with running our Breakfast service, and from time-to-time support the kitchen with running a section across lunch and dinner options for our guests.
- Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them.
- Ensure smooth operations, manage orders and deliveries, and maintain high food hygiene standards.
- Work with our Head Chef on ideas and techniques to create a creative kitchen environment.
