We are looking for a food obsessed, guest pleasing, strategy savvy Director of Food & Beverage to lead our teams and wow our guests at The Hoxton, Edinburgh. Reporting to the General Manager and with a dotted line to the VP of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for all F&B operations throughout the hotel.

Based in Edinburgh's charming West End - our very first Hox in Scotland.
