Then why not become a Parts Apprentice at one of the UK‘s leading franchised dealerships where you will get the training and qualifications you require for your selected career! The apprenticeship is geared toward training the right candidate to become a fully‑fledged Parts Specialist with the opportunity to gain permanent employment within the Group.
But what does a Parts Specialist actually do? You will be responsible for booking, selling and managing stock on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. This role is ideal for an energetic individual who is looking to progress their career within a fast‑paced environment and has the ability to work to and achieve targets and objectives, while maintaining a high standard of performance. If you are successful you can look forward to on‑going training opportunities, career progression and a range of benefits you would expect from an employer of choice. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 2 Customer Service NVQ.
About you
No formal qualifications are required but you must be literate and numerate. Modern logistic support processes and systems are highly complex, and you must have a desire to become a first‑rate Parts Advisor and have a thirst for knowledge. You must have Maths and English qualifications to level 4 GCSE or equivalent.

Training to be provided
With mentoring, support and monitoring whilst at work, combined with residential training, you will gain the knowledge and skills required to achieve the qualification from working with some highly skilled professionals.
Entry Requirements
- Age: 16+
- Prior Attainment: GCSE (or equivalent) grade A*-C or 9-4 in Maths and English.
