Your Role as an IT and Systems Degree Apprentice:

  • You will work closely with our experienced IT team, learning and contributing in areas such as:
  • Supporting our business systems and infrastructure across all departments.
  • Assisting in software deployment, system upgrades, and hardware installations.
  • Providing 1st line support to users across multiple locations.
  • Helping to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
  • Supporting cybersecurity, GDPR, data protection and system integrity initiatives.
  • Participating in IT projects that shape the future of our digital operations.
  • Travelling with the team to our sites across the South West.

Entry Requirements:

  • Three A Levels at grade C or above, preferably in subjects like Maths, IT, or Science.
  • BTEC Extended Diploma at MMM.
  • T Level at Pass (preferably in Digital or Technology-related routes).
  • Or equivalent qualifications.
  • You should also ideally hold GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent Level 2).

What Are We Looking For?

  • A genuine passion for IT, technology and learning.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel between sites as part of the role.
  • A full UK driving licence - you will be expected to drive to various locations across our Dealerships.
