Teaching Assistant (Level 2) in Kent

Working Pattern: 36 hours per week/39 weeks per year (term-time), Monday to Friday. Support teachers by delivering and adapting educational programmes for pupils, including those with special needs. Provide specialised assistance, encourage independence, and attend to pupils' personal and physical care needs. • Deliver specialised support for pupils or groups, using appropriate tools and interventions.
• Assist with personal care routines and respond to routine medical needs.
• Plan, organise, and prioritise own tasks to meet objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and follow school policies.
• Collaborate with staff and report concerns, including safeguarding issues.
• Uphold school values, health and safety, and equality standards.

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) with basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work towards Level 2 vocational qualifications or demonstrate specialist skills.
• Competence with IT tools, strong communication, and organisational skills.
• Physical ability to handle manual tasks and work collaboratively.
