The work covers the employee lifecycle across the Trust's academies, including recruitment and onboarding, HR administration, contractual changes, learning and development admin and wellbeing initiatives. The post is built around a fully funded Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship and needs no previous HR experience. An enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK are required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
