The Howard Academy Trust is seeking an HR Apprentice to join the Human Resources Department within the Central Operations Team. The role is full-time, fixed-term for 12–18 months, based in our academies, and paid at the Apprentice Minimum Wage.
You will be supported through a Level 3 HR apprenticeship and gain practical on-the-job experience. Working 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with a 30-minute unpaid break, there could be potential for a permanent role upon successful completion.
