Due to increased membership numbers, The Hove Club is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to support the Club Manager and the day-to-day administration of the Club. This role suits an organised, adaptable individual who can work independently and manage a varied workload in a small team environment.
Key duties include:
- General administration
- Managing emails and phone enquiries
- Maintaining records
- Assisting with bookings
- Supporting membership and events
Regular interaction with members and external contacts is a key part of the role.
Essential:
- Administrative experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Confidence dealing with people face to face and by phone
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4+ or equivalent experience)
