Due to increased membership numbers, The Hove Club is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to support the Club Manager and the day-to-day administration of the Club. This role suits an organised, adaptable individual who can work independently and manage a varied workload in a small team environment.

Key duties include:

  • General administration
  • Managing emails and phone enquiries
  • Maintaining records
  • Assisting with bookings
  • Supporting membership and events

Regular interaction with members and external contacts is a key part of the role.

Essential:

  • Administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Confidence dealing with people face to face and by phone
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4+ or equivalent experience)
