Cleaning Operative Pay: £28,000 Per Annum Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 THN are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to work in Full-Time in one of our South Central patch, covering Reading and surrounding areas. We are the Housing Network (THN), a purpose-led organisation working in partnership with the YMCA to support our communities. We are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for experienced and passionate people to help us support vulnerable individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The successful Cleaning Operative will be responsible for: * Carry out scheduled work on void rooms to bring back up to a high standard and in accordance with the Council’s targets prescribed in the contract * Cleaning of rooms/communal areas as directed, ensuring that all rooms/communal areas are maintained to a high quality standard * Cleaning void rooms to prepare them for new residents. * Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly. * Check kitchen and laundry room appliances are clean and free from hazards and common part areas are free from hazards and are clean as directed regularly The Cleaning Operative will have: * Cleaning experience * Excellent communication skills * IT skills and ability to confidently use applications to report works * Extremely well organised * Have a high standard of cleaning If this Cleaning Operative role is of interest to you, please click apply now below
