The Housing Network are currently recruiting for a Talent and Resourcing Specialist to work in The Housing Network. We are the Housing Network (THN), a purpose-led organisation working in partnership with the YMCA to support our communities. The successful Talent and Resourcing Specialist will be responsible for:
- Working with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs
- Supporting on recruitment needs of the business including placing adverts, screening applications, arranging interviews/assessment centres, and creating job descriptions
- Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Company Ambassador at job fairs/recruitment events
- Working with external providers to identify recruitment solutions
- Proactive sourcing of candidates and creation of talent pipeline
The Talent and Resourcing Specialist will have:
- Experience in recruitment and talent management
- Ability to problem solve
- Experience handling volume recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a wide range of sourcing tools, such as Indeed, CV-Library, and LinkedIn
