Turn contract awards into life-changing services. At The Housing Network (THN), every contract we secure represents an opportunity to provide safe accommodation and support to people facing some of life's most challenging circumstances. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for the person who keeps everything moving - a highly organised, detail-oriented and confident professional who thrives on coordinating people, projects and priorities to turn opportunities into reality. This is a newly created role at the heart of our Commercial function. You'll take ownership of multiple mobilisation projects, coordinating colleagues from across the business to successfully launch new services for Local Authorities and public sector partners throughout the UK. If you're excited by the opportunity to help shape how we mobilise new services while playing a central role in our continued growth, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- You'll be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of new services from contract award through to successful operational delivery.
- Working across Property, People, Governance, Operations, IT and Commercial functions, you'll ensure every workstream remains aligned, risks are managed, and milestones are achieved.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day-to-day coordination of multiple mobilisation projects.
- Creating and maintaining mobilisation plans, Gantt charts, action trackers and project documentation.
- Managing project governance, risks, dependencies and critical paths.
- Coordinating mobilisation meetings and driving actions to completion.
- Support working with commissioners, contractors and internal stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum.
- Monitoring progress across workstreams including recruitment, property readiness, compliance and operational setup.
- Producing regular progress reports for senior leadership, highlighting risks, issues and mitigation plans.
- Ensuring every mobilisation is delivered consistently using THN's established mobilisation framework.
This isn't about delivering every task yourself. This is a coordination and governance role, not a technical specialist position. Success comes from bringing people together, maintaining momentum and ensuring every part of the business delivers against plan.
About you:
We're looking for someone who naturally brings structure, coordination, and momentum to busy, fast-moving environments.
You'll probably have experience in roles such as:
- Commercial Implementation Coordinator/Manager
- Mobilisation/Project Coordinator
- Business Manager/Business Support Manager
- Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Operational Support Manager
- Service Delivery Coordinator
- Customer Operations or Customer Service Team Leader/Manager
You'll also bring:
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools, Gantt charts, action trackers and risk registers.
- Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels and constructively holding people accountable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clear progress updates and escalate issues appropriately.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to remain calm when priorities change.
What you'll receive:
- Salary, £45,000 - £50,000 Per Annum
- 25 days of annual leave
- Blue Light Card
