The Housing Network is seeking a senior leader to oversee a remote team of Specialised Supported Housing Officers.

Based from our Luton head office, you will drive performance, compliance and resident outcomes under the MOJ CAS3 contract across a defined region.

You will lead 7–10 SSHOs, ensure rigorous KPI delivery, and collaborate with MOJ commissioners, landlords and internal teams to sustain high-quality service, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
