This role supports our Ministry of Justice contract by helping manage self-contained and shared accommodation across Exeter. You will provide cover for team absences, manage properties proactively, and support People on Probation (POP), including those with complex needs, as they transition from prison into accommodation. The role includes property visits, ensuring house rules and licence agreements are followed, offering housing-related support and signposting, and responding to maintenance or resident issues. While part of a regional team, this is mainly a lone-working role involving regular travel between properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage MOJ accommodation properties, ensuring they are safe, clean, secure, and ready for occupation.
  • Support move-in and move-out processes, maintenance coordination, inventory management, and weekly property checks.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, manage anti-social behaviour concerns, and support conflict resolution.
