At The Housing Network (THN), we work in partnership with the YMCA to support vulnerable individuals and families experiencing homelessness. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to cover Bristol and surrounding areas. This role involves managing self-contained and HMO properties, working closely with our office team and Local Authority partners to ensure placements and property operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct check-outs and collect keys from vacated properties
  • Carry out regular property inspections and report issues to head office
  • Support vulnerable and complex residents professionally and compassionately
  • Facilitate contractor and council access
  • Record meter readings and arrange meter top-ups
  • Complete Fire Risk Assessments
  • Work independently and manage daily tasks to meet deadlines

Stakeholder & Resident Management

  • Build positive relationships with residents and partners
  • Maintain high service standards and support repeat partnerships
  • Provide regular updates on property performance, risks, and opportunities

Business Support

  • Help maximise occupancy through efficient move-in processes
  • Work collaboratively with teams to support THN’s growth strategy to 10,000 units by 2029

About You

  • Experience in property management or supported housing
  • Confident working independently in a field-based role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable supporting vulnerable individuals
  • Flexible approach and willingness to travel regularly
