Job Overview: Location - Oxford, Basingstoke, Slough, and surrounding areas, covering the South Central region. This role will involve all aspects of responsive property as well as planned maintenance.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee maintenance of common part areas
- Painting
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic carpentry including door hanging (Essential)
- Lock changing (Essential)
- Gardening including fencing
- Bathrooms and kitchen repairs
- Furniture / Rubbish removals
- Cleaning (desirable)
- Problem solving
