Shift Pattern
- Wednesday to Friday: 1:00PM - 6:00PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00AM - 2:00PM
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare void properties for new residents
- Maintain communal areas, kitchens, and shared spaces
- Remove waste and carry out basic health & safety and sharps checks
- Report repairs and maintenance issues promptly
- Follow COSHH procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with residents, colleagues, and contractors
About You
- Previous cleaning experience in residential, communal, or supported housing settings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using apps or IT systems to report issues
- Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence required
