Shift Pattern

  • Wednesday to Friday: 1:00PM - 6:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00AM - 2:00PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare void properties for new residents
  • Maintain communal areas, kitchens, and shared spaces
  • Remove waste and carry out basic health & safety and sharps checks
  • Report repairs and maintenance issues promptly
  • Follow COSHH procedures and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with residents, colleagues, and contractors

About You

  • Previous cleaning experience in residential, communal, or supported housing settings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable using apps or IT systems to report issues
  • Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence required
