Our Client is looking for an experienced Allocations Team Manager for a six month contract. Managing a team of allocators and assessors responsible for maintaining the housing register and ensuring assessments are in line with Part VI of the Housing Act 1996 and the Council's housing allocations scheme. Ensuring the timely allocation of social housing through choice based lettings.
For this role you will have strong knowledge of Part VI Housing Act 1996 and experience of updating housing allocations schemes, including committee governance.
