We are looking for a highly creative, organised, and experienced Marketing and Content Executive to deliver engaging, high-impact marketing to support our mission to give hope to those impacted by breast cancer and their families here in Scotland. As part of a small and dynamic operational team, you will play a key role in producing and managing digital content, with a strong focus on social media, website management, and copywriting.
In this fast-paced role, you will drive our social media and marketing strategy, produce engaging content and blogs. You will create compelling copy and visuals across multiple platforms and develop campaigns and marketing strategies to increase our awareness across Scotland.
We are looking for someone who is self-assured, able to manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work consistently. You should be comfortable working independently, making informed decisions, and taking ownership of your workload, while receiving guidance, input, and support from the Centre Manager and CEO.
Principal responsibilities and duties:- Management of The House of Hope communications activity, including emails, website, marketing, and social media.
- Work with the operational team to plan and deliver a regular calendar of content, ensuring the communication and marketing needs of colleagues across the organisation are met.
- Manage the content and promotion of fundraising campaigns, awareness campaigns, and educational programmes.
- Gather and create engaging content, including case studies, images, and videos, to be used to raise awareness of The House of Hope across Scotland.
- Use analytics tools to report back on performance and identify learnings and opportunities.
- Attend House of Hope and third-party events, providing communications support including social media posting, videography, photography, and media management.
- Work with the Centre Manager and CEO to create and implement a Digital Communications Strategy.
- Be an active member of the team and charity as a whole and undertake training and skills development and keep up to date with the changing requirements of the role and the external environment.
- Undertake other duties that may be required as part of the role.
Part-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,500.00 (pro rata)
Expected hours: 20 per week
