This position will assist in supporting the general administration within the warehouse. You will be reporting into the Warehouse Manger and liaising with the buying teams and departments., · Answering phone calls
· General administration including letter and email correspondence, filing, photocopying and scanning paperwork
· Booking in deliveries of stock by inputting data on Elucid, an in-house database system
· Contacting suppliers to resolve discrepancies and liaising information to the Buying Team
· Ensuring stock movements are administered efficiently and accurately
· Stock checking and cycle counting
· Responsible for postage
· Assisting warehouse team with ticketing and processing deliveries
· Completing memos from the Buying Teams
· Ordering warehouse supplies
· General cleaning duties
