'Scotland's Finest Store' seeks a gifted visual merchandiser to help create the world class retail displays that are a highlight of our Perthshire site. You will work closely with our Head of Visuals to bring to life new window and in-store displays of beautiful clothing, gifts, homewares and food, seeing your ideas realised and admired by thousands of customers. You'll also take the lead in ensuring that high standards of visual merchandising are maintained across our store.

The successful candidate for this wonderful opportunity will be highly creative and have a great eye for detail, but will also be motivated and organised, and will always understand the importance to our business of showcasing our products to their full potential. You will also be a team player, happy to turn your hand to a variety of operational tasks when the need arises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement eye-catching displays and layouts to highlight seasonal ranges, promotions, and bestsellers
  • Change displays when required, to promote new product/ merchandise launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
  • Uphold brand standards across all visual displays
  • Assist customers with product queries and always offer exceptional levels of service

You will have:

  • A strong eye for detail and creative mindset, preferably with previous retail merchandising experience
  • A flexible and hands-on approach, with a willingness to assist wherever needed
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • An eagerness to achieve excellence in every facet of the position
