The right person will bring a creative flair, balanced with logistical and business experience to put their vision into practice. • Oversee all photography and styling for seasonal campaigns, look books, product launches, and web shoots, working alongside our Head of Photography and textile teams.
  • Collaborate with product development and buying teams to ensure visual coherence and brand alignment across all collections.
  • Direct and lead photo shoots—on location and in studio—including supporting with casting models, selecting props, and creating shot lists.
  • Provide hands-on styling expertise, ensuring a seamless translation of the House of Bruar’s luxury country aesthetic into every visual execution.
  • Work with photographers & videographers to maintain exceptional visual standards.
  • Liaise with e-commerce teams to optimise product imagery and styling for digital platforms, ensuring consistency and commercial impact.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the House of Bruar’s core customer and evolve the visual language in line with market trends and brand values.
  • Work in tandem with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across print and digital.

  • Experience collaborating with buyers and product teams to translate collections into compelling visuals.
  • Strong commercial background demonstrating an understanding of the bigger business picture
  • Exceptional attention to detail, colour, proportion, and texture.
  • Ability to work on-site in our Highland headquarters and travel as required for shoots.

Preferred Experience
