About the role
- Execute high‑quality internal and external painting and decorating across retail departments, Food Hall, offices and accommodation.
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, filling, priming) to our premium standards.
- Work from briefs to apply specialist finishes, decorative touches, and feature surfaces.
- Coordinate with our maintenance department and contractors to schedule and minimise disruption.
- Adhere to health & safety protocols including safe handling of materials and use of PPE.
Who we need
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a commercial or hospitality setting.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of paints, finishes, and surface preparation techniques.
- Basic joinery or plastering experience would be an advantage.
