This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving business in the heart of Scotland as a Senior Photographer within our in-house studio. You will produce imagery that works across every channel we use, from ecommerce product pages and web content to print media, campaign imagery and digital advertising. Creative & Campaign Develop creative concepts, mood boards and shot lists for campaign, seasonal, print and digital briefs, in line with brand guidelines. Build and dress sets, sourcing props and backgrounds to bring concepts to life in the studio. Style and shoot still-life and product imagery for print media, digital advertising, email, social and web content, delivering assets in the formats and crops each channel needs. Light and shoot with intent, creating imagery with mood, depth and texture that tells the story of the product. Ecommerce Studio Shoot ghost mannequin and table-top product imagery to consistent, high-volume ecommerce standards and style guides. Prepare and style garments, accessories and homeware with precision, including steaming, pinning, clipping and shaping, so that fit, fabric and detail come through accurately. Manage daily shoot schedules and shot lists to meet web launch and campaign deadlines without compromising quality. Post-Production & Workflow Carry out image selection, colour grading and retouching, ensuring colour accuracy and consistency across product ranges and channels. Manage an efficient capture-to-delivery workflow, including tethered shooting, file naming, asset management and handover to the ecommerce and marketing teams. Keep up with new techniques, tools and industry developments, including the responsible use of AI in image creation and post-production, and suggest improvements to studio processes. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with the creative, marketing, ecommerce and buying teams to interpret briefs and deliver on-brand visuals. Work independently or lead a shoot team, sharing knowledge and supporting more junior photographers and studio assistants where needed. Look after studio equipment, lighting and sets, keeping the studio safe, organised and shoot-ready. General Duties Consistently provide a high level of service to colleagues and external contacts, including suppliers and customers. Follow all company and statutory rules, regulations and policies at all times. Attend any meetings, training sessions or courses that may benefit you and your department, at the request of your manager.
