Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Operations to oversee all operational aspects of Beech Hill Country House, an exclusive wedding and events venue. Ensuring flawless event delivery, exceptional guest service, and smooth coordination between all departments. The successful candidate will lead the daily operations of F&B, Housekeeping, and Reservations — driving profitability while maintaining a world‑class guest experience.
